KIDS AND HEROES is a five piece pop punk band from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Though always down to play local shows, they've been seen sharing a stage with bands such as Propagandhi, The Flatliners, Death By Stereo, Belvedere, and Total Chaos.

After releasing the self-titled five-song EP at the end of 2010, the band decided to get a little more serious and ventured to Vancouver, BC to record a full-length album. Produced by Stu Ross (Comeback Kid, Lowtalker, ex-Living With Lions, ex-Misery Signals) and recorded at Rain City Recorders with Stu Mckillop (Precursor, ex-Daggermouth). The 10 song LP "Chalet" is set to release in early 2013 with a tour planned for spring.

"These dudes strike a perfect balance between muscle and musicality. Their churning chords and double-time drums pack enough punch to get the pit rolling, while their sharp hooks and soaring melodies give the kids a reason to sing along." - Darryl Sterdan, Winnipeg Sun, Jan 8th, 2012

"...twinged with hardcore influence – think Four Year Strong meets Set Your Goals – and vocal hooks as infectious as the deadliest of diseases. " - Punktastic, UK, Nov 29th, 2010 (of the "K&H" EP)
